Ansari: We've more support than SAPP and PBS?

Sabah Pakatan Rakyat's candidate for Batu Sapi, Ansari Abdullah, brushed aside talk of being the weakest contestant in this by-election, saying the opposition coalition is more than capable of taking the fight to BN come polling day this Nov 4.

The veteran politician is confident of his chances, stressing that PKR secured more votes than rivals SAPP and BN component party PBS in the 2008 general election.

“PKR got more votes than SAPP and PBS put together. People seem to forget we got more than 120,000 votes in the last election,” he said in a Malaysiakini exclusive interview. more

  1. Pakatan in sabah is only good when there are no opposition parties around, but now we have Sapp and go for Sapp for them as our local voice.

  3. Ansari you are a CROOK lawyer buruk in KK. You received RM5 millions from Musa Bin Tidak Aman to topple SAPP because Party Malaya are all only interested to fight for self-benefit. PR never win in the past Sabah GE was a fact! Get Lost!

  4. PKR is a national party that contest throughout Malaysia while PBS and SAPP are Sabah based parties that contest only within Sabah.

    Ansari, are you so desperate to mislead the Sabah people? This is clearly insulting.
